We The People

There are Lands beneath the sea across the Mediterranean

Lands withstanding swallowing by the oceans

And Lands where we all call home

Land connects our blood and charges our electrons

Water is in Land and Land is in Water

And that is how we are connected and formed

In this large spirit field, we know as Earth

Some call it Alkebulan or Africa or Ghana

Some call it Europe or what is below or Nederland

Some call it Caribbean or Curacao or Paradise

We are all connected in our inherited grief

That runs across continents, in Water in Dust in Murder in Keypads

Transcending what we know and the unknown

We are all Water and Earth. We are Water Spirits and Earth Spirits

Connected through the joyous wind and clicking cable

And We have inflicted pain

What do We call grief today or tomorrow

When We get to accept healing?

We are all Water and Earth. We are Water Spirits and Earth Spirits Connected through the joyous wind and clicking cable
